Community Platforms → PRA Blueprint spaces on Facebook, Kajabi, and Skool where customers interact with each other and our team

You / User / Customer → The individual or entity accessing or using our Services

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or access our Services. If we discover you are under 18, we may terminate your access.

Orders & Payments

Purchases are processed through third-party providers (Stripe, Kajabi).

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

Prices are subject to change at any time before purchase.

All sales are final except for the PRA Blueprint book, which comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Refund Policy

Book → 30-day guarantee. If you don’t love it, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Other Products (courses, coaching, subscriptions) → Final sale. No refunds.

Subscriptions

Some Services may be offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel anytime through your account portal or by emailing support.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided.

Community Code of Conduct

Our communities (Facebook, Kajabi, Skool) are safe learning environments. By participating, you agree not to:

Harass, abuse, or insult other members

Post illegal, defamatory, or obscene content

Spam or self-promote irrelevant offers

Impersonate others

We reserve the right to remove you from our communities without refund if you violate these rules.
